I tried running YuE2 locally on an Intel Arc Pro B70, and somehow my cat ended up with a spy-pop theme song.

The original version was about sneaking around the house, investigating the cupboard, and leaving suspicious hair ties behind. Then I kept the lyrics and tried them in bluegrass, cyber metal, and blues. Same cat, very different record deals.

I wrote up the setup I used, shared the tracks and request files, and included a few things I learned along the way—like why a successful command doesn’t necessarily mean a complete song, and why “instrumental” is still worth checking with your ears.

The Intel setup notes are specific to my machine and YuE2 checkout; I haven’t benchmarked performance or tested every configuration. If you’re curious about the songs or want to try the requests yourself, the full write-up is here: https://digitalcerebro.com/blog/i-gave-my-intel-gpu-a-cat/
