The original version was about sneaking around the house, investigating the cupboard, and leaving suspicious hair ties behind. Then I kept the lyrics and tried them in bluegrass, cyber metal, and blues. Same cat, very different record deals.

I wrote up the setup I used, shared the tracks and request files, and included a few things I learned along the way—like why a successful command doesn’t necessarily mean a complete song, and why “instrumental” is still worth checking with your ears.

The Intel setup notes are specific to my machine and YuE2 checkout; I haven’t benchmarked performance or tested every configuration. If you’re curious about the songs or want to try the requests yourself,

I generate across Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and Z-Image, and at some point my "best prompts" turned into a graveyard of screenshots, Discord messages, and a Notes app I never actually search. Built PromptHoard to fix that for myself: a local-first Windows app that keeps prompts, styles, reference images, and version history searchable in one place instead of scattered everywhere.

No account, no cloud lock-in — it's just a local library you can tag and search. 14-day/50-prompt free trial, one-time purchase after that if it's useful.

Hi r/SideProject,

I’ve been building PromptHoard to solve a personal problem: organizing hundreds of text prompts for Z-Image, Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion without them getting lost in my notes or spreadsheets.

The Problem: Most existing tools are cloud-based, which feels wrong for a privacy-first workflow. I wanted something that just works offline. The Solution: PromptHoard allows you to organize prompts with tags/folders, search via full-text, and export data (CSV/JSON) instantly. It is 100% local—no account required, no telemetry, and it works completely offline.

I have a functional app with a free trial available, but finding users for niche desktop tools is h
