"start performance review" on workday?
so i was lurking on the work computer looking on my workday profile and i see "start performance review" , but i literally have no idea what this means. it says that the person whos supposed to evaluate me is a team lead, but its not mine. its the team lead for style but i work in beauty and ive never been cross trained in any other department. it says it was created on september 18th. im just so confused as to why im supposedly being evaluated by a teamlead that ive never even spoken to before. does anybody have any idea what this could be for or is this just something that i can ignore?
