Anxiety

Literally sitting waiting on surgery for my broken elbow and I am just absolutely freaking out. Husband can't be here for support and I just feel so alone and scared, I know everything will be fine but I am just not ok. I wasn't able to take my medication this morning and my brain is just feeling so all over the place, I wish I wasn't like this and so scared of everything all the time.
