Bill credits not applying

Hi,

I recently upgraded my plan to Internet 2Gb download speed of 2000 Mbps with a price of 140 per month. The promotional offer included a 5-year price guarantee discount of $45 per month for 60 months, bringing the total cost to $95 per month. However, on my last statement, I was charged the full amount of $140.

Could an employee please look into my account and help me with the missing promo discount? Thank you.
