how to stop male cat from peeing on bed

Hi, my cat male (about 1 years old) has been peeing in my bed every night and i don’t know how to fix this issue. we’ve taken him to the vet for similar issues before. some context is my cat did suffer from bladder issues and the vet said it was caused by stress (he was peeing blood) so i removed him from the situation he was in which was living at my parents house, he was a cat in a litter my other cat had and he is kinda the runt of the litter and my momma cat did not like him very much and was most likely the reason for his stress. so i took him from my parents house and now he lives with me at my apartment which he has for about two weeks ago, he is used to being an indoor/outdoor cat but i personally don’t think you should let cats outside plus i live near a somewhat busy road since he’s used to going outside every night this would lead him to crying every night at the door wanting to go outside. the peeing in the bed issue started when i had first given him a bath (he got into raw chicken i was cooking and it was all over his body so a bath was necessary) ever since than he has been peeing in my bed every night, at first i thought it was because he was mad at me for giving him a bath but it’s been almost 4 days now and he’s still doing it basically every night. i don’t know if i should take him back to the vet as it might related to his bladder issues, or if he’s angry with me for giving him a bath/not letting him outside. please any advice would be so helpful and i will give as much context as necessary. i’m also sorry if this post if hard to read im posting this at 2am after him peeing in my bed again, so i’m very desperate.
