Women who still live with your parents, how do you do it?

Support Needed (Kind Advice and Commiseration)

I'm 24 years old and I still live with my mom. After college I struggle to take care of myself and can't work 9-5 anymore and my mom has been very helpful as I try to get back on track (I'm helping her business and I plan to get a masters degree next year), but sometimes she can be very draining and cruel with me. How do you guys deal with your family at home as an autistic woman?

Life is already very hard and our disability is invisible, add that to me being undiagnosed because my country might discriminate me in many ways if it's recorded officially. It also looks like I'm lazy even though I'm working around the house every day just because I need alone time. I feel like giving up, I feel worthless and pathetic, but somehow I'm still excited for my future. I want to move out in 5 years, do you guys think I can do it? Please tell me that it will get better.. Would life feel easier when you turn 30?

I'm sorry for being miserable, I just don't know where else to go for support.. Therapy here is too religious and generic for what I actually need.
