Worrying too much?

So for the past week or so I've been feeling somewhat weird? i guess. I'm 34 weeks and some odd days. I'm not really sure how to describe how I'm feeling honestly but I'll try. I've had small headaches but not so bad that i have to take medicine or anything for them and my vision has been a little unfocused? at times but not so bad that it affects my day or way of seeing. Every dr's appt that I've been to, my BP has been anywhere from 102/64 to 116/81 and that's including every visit I've been to this entire pregnancy. My last visit (this past monday) was 107/73 so nothing is wrong with blood pressure. They've said nothing about protein or anything in my urine either. There's also no unusual swelling, just my feet sometimes if i stand for too long during the day. It honestly feels like I'm back where i was before i started taking my iron prenatals. I'm just wondering really if this could be something bad or if it's just normal stuff going on for how far i am. Should i ask my dr about it or quit worrying?

Call your doc if your worried but vision changes and head aches can be just normal pregnancy bs.

It's possible it could be visual migraines, also sometimes low blood pressure can have symptoms similar to high blood pressure so maybe try eating some extra salt, I'd say it's worth mentioning to your doc just to be safe, maybe even see if he can check your blood for other iron similar deficiencies like b12. Feel better!!

If you have ANY question, ask your Dr.

Don't be afraid to annoy. Be safe, not sorry =)

This is totally happening to me and I just posted about it. I have a history of migraines and they are definitely worse now. My right eye is completely blurry, twitching and even the lid looks bigger than it did before. When I look at any light (even from a computer screen) it gets burned into my eyes as though I just stared into the sun for 5 minutes. I've been seeing floaters and little sparkly moving spots here and there. Dizziness is a regular thing as well and I just generally feel off.

I have had all the pre-e tests and everything is great. I've also had an eye exam and I'm okay there, too. Short of straight up scanning my brain, we've ruled out everything. So I am 95% sure it is related to pregnancy hormones and stress.

You should always consult your doctor when you have headaches and vision changes, but I wouldn't worry yourself too much. If it is stress/hormones, the worrying will make it worse for sure. Get the tests to be safe, and then do everything you can to let it go. That's what I'm trying!!
