There are now a variety of seated and standing shoulder presses. I screwed my shoulder in a snow boarding accident a few years ago so never really got around to doing shoulder presses until recently.

I've used this for just over a year now, and it's fantastic. Only downside: No built in exercise for military press. It was easy enough to enter it custom though.Fits well with strong lifts 5x5.

Both metric and imperial measurements are supported.

Is there an option to use it in metrics?
