I see the new firmware just become available, anyone know where the release notes are located?

Just moved in and there is an absolutely massive Yucca tree in the backyard. I read they are invasive and really difficult to remove. Should I start this process?

While I was at Costco, I decided to buy a gift card deal for the Nintendo eShop for my sons switch.

While trying to redeem it to his account, and dealing with error messages about not being able to redeem to my sons account because it had a spending restriction, I accidentally redeemed it to my own account. After this I realized that the spending restriction error was no true and was able to eventually redeem the remaining cards to my sons account.

So now I have $25 in my account which can be spent on digital games and such so:

1. Nintendo refuses to allow this to be transferred to my sons account
2. Nintendo refused to allow me to buy a game and register it with his account

I recently received an email saying that my trial subscription was about to end. Having no clue what this was about, I called them up and asked them what this was about. They said that this was relating to a car that I had recently purchased and the dealership would have signed me up.

So I haven't bought a car, or visited a dealership in the last decade, so I pushed for more information.

The car ended up being one I was borrowing. I don't own the car and the car isn't registered at my address. The only link to me is that I recently added the car to my insurance and it was registered (was previously unregistered for a period of time).

Is everyone else getting these emails? I called BoA out on this and they told me they are required to send me this email, and also that they are allowed to send it to me within the following clause (both of which are obvious BS):

"Automatic Alerts are sent to your primary email address only and provide you with important account notifications, such as information about a money transfer or availability of an eStatement. You do not have the option to suppress these Automatic Alerts"

Does anyone have an issue that when their information is updated in Mint, it basically locks them out from logging into their site directly?

I get the "unrecongised device" challenge, but then when I run through this process, i get the dreaded "There was a problem submitting your request" error.

Trying to resolve this with the team for over a year since they updated their backend security however no luck.

Recently the minute hand fell off my Wenger watch (now owned by Victoronix). When I asked it to be repaired they said that the minute hand falling off isn't covered under warranty. The hand falling off is evidence of misuse. When I pushed them for details on what could cause this, one of their causes was wearing it while riding a motorcycle, which I had just happened to have rented and rode.

So wearing Wenger/Victoronix watch while riding a motorcycle voids the warranty?

After continued ongoing issues with my car, I finally dropped a negative review on Hyundai's Yelp page. Currently going through the BBB complaint process however that's unlikely to resolve any time soon as Hyundai is dragging their feet on the response.

On top of that, my car is still offline at the dealership while the pull out the recently completely rebuilt engine and try to patch all the oil leaks that have mysteriously appeared.
