Hi guys, Looking for a good highland or medieval romance novel. Something preferably with horses. LOL. Don't ask me why :) I was just daydreaming about hero or the heroine riding horses. Not a major factor though. Good highlander/medieval romance would be enough. I've read most of Julie Garwood's books. If you can suggest something with the same feel that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I really liked Maya Banks, The Montgomerys and Armstrongs series.
I was actually reading that yesterday, but I got bored with the heroine always having a disfiguration of sort.
How about the Outlander series? I just finished the first seven books and loved it! However, I haven't read any Julie Garwood, so am not sure if it will totally fit what your looking for.

First thing that came to mind for me was [The Pirate and the Pagan] (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/886620.The_Pirate_and_the_Pagan) by Virginia Henley. Horses, the English Court, and lots of romance.
Check out Elizabeth Lowell. Her 3 historical romances 'Untamed', 'Forbidden' & 'Enchanted' are among my favourites.
She also has a series of American historical romances 'Only His', 'Only Mine' & 'Only You' which include more horse action.
Lowell writes across an number of different genres, some I like and some I don't, but the 6 books mentioned above are on my reread list.

I just finished Untamed and I realize I've read it before! Many years ago. You're correct though =) it's still an enjoyable read the nth time around. Thanks for the suggestion.
