Hi barely came back to LoL what are the standard runes for adc?
Took a 6 month break from the game but people have told me lifesteal quints are bad now. What do most adcs run now a days?

I run AD reds, flat HP yellows, 6 flat MR blues, 3 flat mana regen blues, 2 attack speed quints, and 1 armor quint on nearly every ADC.
It's pretty common to switch out the HP yellows for armor and replace the armor quint with a flat AD/AS quint, but it's all personal preference.
Flat AD reds
Flat 5 armor + 4 health yellows
Flat MR glyphs
3 attack speed quints
Main difference is life steal isn't good anymore (Dorans blade has 3% now so double dorans into infinity edge is common. Oh and bloodthirster is not first item. BotrK not for dueling but the on hit) Attk SPD is now viable. And health yellows are common. (They nerfed armor yellows and increased base armor by 4 on all champs)
For most adcs minus maybe corki, i run 9 AD marks, 9 armor seals, 5 MR blues and 4 AS blues, and then 3 AS quints. This was the most common rune setup from competitive play in Korea after the Infinity edge changes up until now
If you run those AS Blues wouldn't it be better to run an AD Quint?
In OGN and Regionals, 2AS 1AD was used almost as often.
3AS was the most frequent setup because it was used almost universally on Twitch, Kog'maw and Graves (although he did not appear often).
Many players opted for 2AD 1AS on Lucian.
Arrow sometimes used Mana Regen runes on Tristana and Lucian.
In solo queue most pro players use different runes, e.g. Imp uses lots of AS, Piglet uses lots of AD.
You'll occasionally also see Armor/Lifesteal quints as well. But for a generic ADC page, 3AS is a good bet.
