Everyone played at that resolution when WoW came out. High def monitors weren't really a commonplace thing until 07/08 or so.

UBRS was a 15-man raid!
UBRS was a 40-man raid before being updated and patched to 15, and then a 5 man when Cata hit. :)

I could see why, the portal entrance for Blackwing Lair can be found inside UBRS. Dungeon within dungeon.... Dunception?

Yes but you also, originally, had to enter LBRS BRD to enter Molten Core (before the high elf NPC was in place). Enter a 5 man dungeon to enter a 40 man raid. It was really annoying until the attunement quest was given and you could just jump through the window or talk to the NPC for a teleport.

Not if you were a Dwarf priest! There was a bug where we could skip the attunement quest and get ported straight to Molten Core.

How late were you in the expansion that you were killing MH/BT bosses with people stacked still in T4 gear?
afaik guilds were only able to do that after the "free epics" patch which introduced high iLvL epics (MH level) from badge of justices which gave a huge boost to all the guilds still stuck at mid-SSC/TK (like 90% of all guilds) and they ended up just bypassing SSC TK and going straight into MH

This was after the "big-nerf" patch that came with new haircut styles before WotLK, I think.

I had some fun kiting devilsaurs to the crossroads in vanilla, to prepare people for giant dinosaurs sneaking up on them. Once you got to the barrens a few lowbies usually showed up and followed me to the delivery zone. Every once in a while I used frost nova to make it switch aggro and 1-shot one of the lowbies. Fun times. :3

I believe so, although many instances has been improved after Cataclysm.
Also, I just remembered all these times clearing the zones for my enchanting alts.

Looking at your old healing UI (and having never played a healer in WoW myself), I have to ask: At what point does your game become less action-RPG, more text-based adventure?

Once you go healer, you never go back to action-RPG. Okay, maybe back in the days but it's not THAT bad nowadays.
