I have never done one of these "Blizzard please fix" posts in my life. But people swear they work, so here I am.
I cannot fathom why Healing Brann is designed the way he is. I'm mostly okay with the potions, but they could use some tweaking. My real problem is the frickin' Relic. I am now four hours into Ky'Veza on my hunter, and I feel like Blizzard owes me gold for every time I've died to a Dark Massacre or the shell game because I couldn't see what the hell was going on with that Relic in the way.
There's a reason player heals aren't designed with giant golden balls shooting lasers at the party: Because it's important spell effects don't interfere with a player's ability to see mechan
We randomly saw this place recommended here on Reddit, on a post a few months old. And I just gotta say: This was probably the best burger I've ever had. Fries were awesome, even the ranch and pico are great!
The location's a bit weird - they're inside the Country Club Plaza mall on Watt. But I'm down the make the trek again any time. Highly recommend!
Saw another post that reminded me of this old story, figured I'd share.
Many years ago, I worked as the Specialist - pretty much the department manager - of the home electronics section of a certain bullseye-themed shopping destination. This was in a rural town undergoing a population boom, so the store as a whole was understaffed pretty much all the time. This meant there was never more than one person back in my department (usually me, and God forbid I ever get coverage for a break), and the job was a lot more hands-on and customer service-oriented back then.
The store being understaffed meant I often had people with carts full of stuff coming back to my department for checkout so they
Just had an incident with Magog that had me questioning timing and "search the deck effects."
The way I played: I hit Magog, bringing him down to zero health and triggering his Forced Interrupt. I reset Magog's health. I then place three ratings counters on The Challengers (Booing) and deal myself a facedown encounter card. The Challengers now has seven ratings counters on it, so I flip to the Cheering side. I go to resolve the Forced Response to search for Surprise Contender, and can't find him. Surprise indeed, he's the facedown encounter card sitting in front of me. So I don't put him into play. One Black Cat with a Sidearm and a Swinging Web Kick later, Magog is down again and I have te

You guys are the real MVPs.
The people raging bring nothing to the table other than upvotes for visibility. But those upvotes could be provided without the karma-whoring and counterproductive rants and insults.
I agree there's no excuse for the bugs and lack of communication from Blizzard. But this #BetaForAzeroth echo chamber isn't helping.
And don't get me wrong: I'm guilty of it too, in the other direction. I've been meeting snark with snark, and that doesn't solve anything.
We are all passionate about this game. We all want a fun experience we can share. It's fair to get upset and to be concerned. But it's important to channel our passion and concern in a positive way, to enforce p
Just picked up the game last week. It's likely we'll only be playing with two people at the table most of the time, with a third in and out once in a while.
My regular and I got to thinking we might each roll two characters, but only bring one each on any given scenario. We don't want to run multiple parties (at least not yet), so this would set the party at four characters. But we don't want our third to be required to play one of the two extra we've already created. So my questions would be:
- Is there an issue with having a party of five characters (maybe six), with one or more sitting out the action (not participating in scenarios, not contributing to or being effected by events)?
- Sc
Asking for a friend who doesn't Reddit. Anyone got someplace they go for a really good chimichanga? In or near Natomas would be ideal, but not required.
Just one of those random thoughts that occurred to me as I'm prepping to introduce a couple friends to the game. Is there a custom move already published somewhere or otherwise popular that covers the character having some common item on their person that they'd usually have to buy in town but might not think to? I'm not a fan of situations like, "Well, you'd need a rope to tie up the prisoner, but you didn't think to buy one back in town ..."
If it doesn't already exist, I was thinking something like:
Gear Check: When you immediately need a common item you might have on your person, roll +INT to see if you had the foresight to bring it with you. On a 10+, you were prepared, and happ
TL;DR: Wanted to show my sister how not to hurt herself climbing a tree, hurt myself doing exactly what I was telling her to be careful of.
Obligatory a long time ago in a front yard far, far away ... There was this tree, not very tall, in the front yard of the apartment I lived in. It grew next to a fence, also not very tall. It made for some good ol' fashioned tree-climbing fun. It had one small catch: You had to be careful not to fall from this tree, due to the piece of metal rebar sticking six inches out of the ground near the tree's roots, holding up a sprinkler head.
So one day, I come outside to find my sister climbing this tree alone. She couldn't have been more than six at the
Let me preface this by saying I have been playing off and on since Vanilla, and always wanted to play a shaman, but they were never in that sweet spot of being viable and being something I wanted to play. That changed as MoP transitioned into WoD, and then really hit home for me with Enhance now, in Legion. I love the spec. I love playing the spec. I really do. And maybe I'm being picky here, but it really sucks that now that it's fun and viable, its lore seems to be the weakest of all classes at a time when class lore is central to what's going on.
I've leveled four characters to 110, done four complete order hall campaigns, and each of the other three I did was more fun and more fulfillin
The skinny: I built my computer a little over two years ago at a friend's recommendation when my old shelf-bought died. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. I'm not a heavy PC gamer - Blizzard games, some Steam indies, occasionally more mainstream stuff like Civ 6. No shooters other than Overwatch.
The problem: I am not a graphics-focused gamer. I appreciate good graphics, but not enough to spend a ton of extra money on them. For this reason, I didn't go nuts on the graphics card when I built my PC. It was above recommended specs for WoW at the time, which is the benchmark I went with. It is currently meeting recommending specs for Legion, and I note it is not doing the one thing I want
