I would advice you to buy this chair (Ikea Markus): http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20178865/

It's 110 dollars more, but it's way more comfortable and supposedly more ergonomic (which means healthier).

If 169$ is too much you can check if somebody is selling an used one.
