[META] Empty Posts

In an effort to improve the quality of this sub, we no longer allow empty or low effort posts to be submitted. Automoderator will automatically remove any post submissions that contain an empty or very short body. Please keep this in mind while submitting posts in the future.

Edit: As holyphuck pointed out, there have also been a few CSS changes including: a red alert reminding you to not post empty threads when you hover over the "submit a new test post" button and a message in the comment box that says "Antagonistic Posts are Against the Rules. Report Don't Reply"

I've also made some style sheet changes. You'll see red text at the top when hovering over the submit button... and you should see some text in the comment box.

New submission i.e. what you're submitting when you click "Submit a new test post".
