Recommended Shows by Year: 1969

We're picking 2 (actually 3 in this case, see below) official releases and anywhere from 3 to 5 unreleased shows from each year or era, with ONE of each listed as our pick for "this one first."

Here's how it works:

• top level comments should ONLY be nominated shows. If you think a show is missing, nominate it in a new top level comment.

• If it's an official release, link to it on a streaming site (like Spot) if possible. If it's not, link to it on Archive or Relisten or whatever.

• BONUS POINTS FOR LINKING TO LOSSLESS DOWNLOADS BTW - streaming links are necessary, DL links are a nice add.

• Vote by voting. Upvote any show you think is worthy. Please only downvote ones you think should definitely NOT be on the list and please always back any downvote with a comment as to why!

• PLEASE ONLY VOTE ON SHOWS YOU HAVE LISTENED TO lol but srsly...you don't have to know it by the note or anything...and you don't have to defend your opinion...but ya know, don't vote based on setlist or what your buddy likes. We'll take a couple weeks for this, so take some time and listen to the nominees! It's fun!

• Add comments under the top level nominations to discuss what the best source is, etc, or any other aspect of the shows you're interested in.

So why 3 official releases this time? Because Live/Dead has to be #1 on the list and we want to leave room for more. So: Live/Dead is already on the list, no need to nominate it. By all means nominate individual Fillmore East shows if you like.

EDIT: dang, the unreleased shows part is kinda hard now right?
