Hello and welcome to r/grateful_dead! Are you a fan of this crazy band that played from 1965 to 1995, and the related bands that have sprung up since then? Then join us here! The music never stops.

Some of our friends:

r/jgb - discussion of Garcia side projects is welcome here, but this is the dedicated sub for Jerry Band etc.

What are some great Dead shows?

"Why Isn't this Sub Combined with r/gratefuldead?"

We've discussed this many times in the past, and we don't feel the need to do so again. If you need details see here. Further discussion on this topic needs to stop. No posts or comments complaining about the other Dead sub or its mod. This is NOT a drama sub. Username mentions of that moderator in this subreddit will result in a 1 month ban from this subreddit.
