This reminds me of a 2 hours game where a Tusk do the same as this NS, bought 6 kind of different boots. This back where tinker was really popular, the tinker teleporting in and out sniping every heroes that tries to farm creeps, while this Tusk just fucking farming the jungle all day long, then he proceed to sell those boots and buy 4 fucking Tarrasque, One shotting every support on the game.

I like that tusk. That ns had the most kills on our team, match lasted about 30 min.

OP, everyone already knows that NS benefits from health regen, +24 damage, burst mana, teleportation, and attack speed.
He doesn't really need the movespeed, though.

I think getting a 14:6 kda with that item build says a lot more about the enemies.

It is magic damage, so I would assume that it does.

I read somewhere that heat seeking missiles do not chase ebladed targets. so i thought maybe eclipse has similar properties

When Meepo was added in Dota 2 I read that the only item he shared with other Meepos were boots, so I started building every kind of boots I could on them. It worked? Of course not. I was very naive.

Its the new upcoming meta. You get a tp, damage, stats, regen, mana heal, armor, attack and movement speed. Should've replaced brown boots with boots of elvenskin though.
