Ad-free/background listening suddenly not working
Samsung Galaxy S5. Did they discontinue these features? I'm a google music all access subscriber and have been since day one. Suddenly ad free and background YouTube videos aren't working and my YouTube app doesn't even show the options related to them under settings anymore.

Sounds like either your app is a bit screwed (suggest remove, reboot, reinstall) or your account is knobbled somehow.
Because they have to give two shits about us paying customers, tried contacting customer support via Google Play?
I reinstalled and that didn't help. Tried calling and I just get a recording that says they're too busy and hangs up on me. I'm getting irritated.
