Wow he is full of tomatoe juice
Juiced
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the size is definitely natty-achievable, whether or not this guy is actually natty himself. Just some things I'd like to point out to make my case:
No visible signs of side effects normally associated with AAS
In the first picture, he looks to be wearing a form-fitting shirt which emphasizes his wide shoulders and narrow waste. Not to mention, v-necks are popular shirts among gym goers for bringing out features of the upper body that make it appear larger (including those stated above, as well as making trap and upper chest development look better)
Also evidenced in the first pic---no particular feature of his physique appears to be juicy. The shoulders are nice, but not out of proportion; the arms are developed, but far from big (my guess would be ~16 inches); and the wheels do not appear to be very large at all, given that he is able to fit them in what on first glance looks like skinny jeans. In other words, he doesn't have the freaky proportions normally attributed to juicers
He does not look heavy for his height--maybe 5'11-6'0,180-190lbs. Assuming I am correct, most would say that is small according to the standard set by roid users
The third picture is clearly taken with a pump and in very good lighting. It looks like he's standing in a group exercise room at a globo gym, and he seems to be perspiring a bit, which both suggest that he has just completed a workout
Lastly, he doesn't appear to be outrageously ripped or dry. Even so, it is debatable whether the use of cutting agents makes an athlete "not natty" as it is commonly understood in the bodybuilding community
Edit: at second glance, he does not appear to be sweaty
Edit 2: Okay, looks like he's 6'5, he made the bulk of his progress between 2010 and 2013, and weighed 225 at ~8 percent BF, which is an FFMI of 24.6. The fact that he essentially maxed out his natty potential in 3 years suggest juice.
He's 6'5", and in that third pic he claims to be 235lbs.
I completely agree that it may be attainable naturally.
Haha, I totally believe with the right genetics this look is possible. However, given the circumstances stated here--the fact that he has a larger frame to fill, his claim of carrying so much lean mass, and the relative short time it took to make his progress--my guess is this guy is probably juicing.
In my experience though, if you are at or below the median height for males in the West, have average genetics for muscle-building, and you grind hard for 7-10 years straight (in your prime muscle-building years), this is not too far off from what you can achieve. Just expect to be between 10-12% BF rather than being in the single digits.
Whatever he's on I want some
you guys misunderstand FFMI grossly.. having 24.6 FFMI natty, at 8% bodyfat will not give you the same look as this guy. you will probably look amazing, but NOTHING compared to someone of similar FFMI and muscle insertions on gear.
tldr; you can achieve this FFMI. you can't achieve this look.
edit: and when i say you, i mean someone with elite genetics for hypertrophy.
I believe I said at 10-12% BF, which is not nearly as lean as some people think. I agree that at 8% BF naturals usually look very depleted, and I would even go so far as to say that 24.6 FFMI with single-digit BF may require elite genetics to achieve naturally. Normal people don't have unlimited time to devote to lifting, resting, and getting proper nutrition--everyone occasionally has to take shortcuts to fit bodybuilding into our daily lives, and all of these factors weigh more heavily against those of us who don't augment our results with drugs.
That said, I still stand by my previous statement. Obviously if you compare a natural lifter and a roider who have equivalent lean mass side-by-side and pick apart various elements of their physiques (assuming they have similar proportions and genetics) you're going to find that on average the roider is going to look sharper and fuller. However, my point is that the level of lean mass and the "general aesthetic" presented by OP is reasonably achievable for naturals with sufficient time in the gym, proper rest and good nutrition, which is good enough for most people.
This guy blew up significantly over a short period of time a couple years ago. I would say juice
Welch's.

at first I thought "what... a pic with a t-shirt?"
Then I saw the 3rd pic and well, 200% jamba juice
