Yay, loud motorcylists in Nazi helmets are back!

Am I the only one who loathes those guys riding Harleys without mufflers who let it rip and startle everyone in a 500m radius? Who are these people and how are they allowed to do this? Is it a Toronto thing?

EDIT: Nazi-style helmets. And FYI, I'm not saying these guys wearing Nazi-style helmets are Nazis. They're worse than Nazis. =)

EDIT 2: Why aren't they getting ticketed? If I drive around in a car without a muffler, I'd expect the police to stop me.
