Just got my Chromecast and love it, especially the Backdrop feature. Is there a way to play music from a source like Spotify while having Backdrop active? Having a big album artwork on the screen isn't as appealing as the photos Backdrop displays.

EDIT: Right now I have a PS4, Mac Mini and Chromecast all attached to my Panasonic Viera HDTV. Though I'd like to both play music and watch Backdrop on the Chromecast, for now I play music on the Mac Mini (Spotify Mac app) and leave the Backdrop going. I'm really blown away by the device. It out-Apples Apple in such colossal ways. Well done, Google.

On the latest version of OneNote for Mac (version 15?), how do I back up my notes? All I see are URL files in the Documents folder in OneDrive. I'd like to be able to back up my notes so that if something goes wrong I have a second copy.

If anyone has any tips on what to do, I'd really appreciate it. Is Microsoft's cloud storage reliable and backed up regularly?

(BTW I did a search here for mac backup and nothing came up.)

There's an interesting scene in "Catastrophe," the Channel 4 sitcom about an Irish woman and American man coming to grips with a surprise pregnancy, in which the Irish dad says goodbye to adult daughter and presses a £10 note into her hand.

All of my relatives from Ireland do this, often instead of saying "I love you."

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I guess I'm wondering, is this an Irish thing? I haven't encountered it much in North America.

Am I the only one who loathes those guys riding Harleys without mufflers who let it rip and startle everyone in a 500m radius? Who are these people and how are they allowed to do this? Is it a Toronto thing?

I've made it to level 19 and I'm trying to soldier on. But when I follow the main questline, I overdose on dialogue and when I do side quests, I'm overwhelmed by repetition. (Enough monster nests already.)

Anyone have any tips on how to keep going? Does it get better at all? (I bought the game so obviously I don't hate it.)

Every couple of months I try to get into meditation. I'm totally sold on its benefits. But I have a problem that derails my plans.

When I meditate, I find myself getting fidgety and anxious. I look forward to the time being up. I fixate on any aches and pains. When the session, usually only 5 minutes, is up, I feel glad it's over.

Maybe I'm answering my own question but I think I don't want to be alone with my thoughts and/or I use distraction and avoid boredom as a sort of safety behavior.

Anyone had to deal with this and have tips to get through it?

Hey guys, can't find advice on where to go in Velen to level up. (I've completed all the side quests in White Orchard.) What's the best area in Velen to begin in? The middle of the map is a little out of my range.

I've been unemployed for over two years and I'm being supported financially by my parents. This situation is causing massive depression that otherwise would not be present. (When I'm employed, I'm rarely down or blue.)

FYI as a kid, I was bullied at private school pretty badly, and I have a low opinion of myself that seems disconnected from reality (according to friends). The problem is, being unemployed feeds the inner self-hatred I developed back then. I turn on myself savagely and I end up thinking that the most sensible thing to do is just kill myself. It also thwarts any effort to dig myself out of my situation in a productive way.

I'm currently working my way through Lower Phthumerian and I'm curious. Do the Isz and Loran dungeons look any different? Or are all dungeons just different in what they drop and difficulty?

Just being a total suck but had to say, I made it past the Giant boss and tried to enter the garden area, where there is a chime maiden, a sack guy, a knight, a million of those weird spectral anemone beasts, and a hunter with two crazy dogs with red eyes. I need help lol, plus some Depends. (Am I right that it's really hard?)

I've been wondering something about the new Indiana anti-gay law.

Is there a religious test to accompany it? Specifically, if you are a florist and you refuse service to a gay person, does the law try to determine whether you are in fact a member of the religion that opposes homosexuality? Or can a non-observant/non-religious person suddenly decide that they have a religious objection to give their prejudice an excuse, even if they aren't practicing?

If this is OK, then so long as ANY religion has an anti-gay aspect, it can be used by anyone to deny service to gays. And if there is nothing rigorous to the law in determining whether a relevant religious credo exists as justification fo

We all know how scary and atmospheric Bloodborne can be. But were there times it has made you laugh? (And I don't mean the laughter of the insane.) Here's mine (minor spoiler). At the beginning of the Forgotten Woods, in the area full of bonfires and a bunch of guys standing around, there are some rock-throwers with two dogs. When I walked above them, on the cliff overlooking them, one of the dogs detected me and totally spazzed out, then ran into the bonfires and set himself on fire and died. No one cared and I had a laugh. Happens every time. RIP Fuzzypaws.

I've accumulated a bunch of armor sets but their stats mostly seem to balance out. I'm sure there are better ones to use. Any tips on what I should wear, and when I should wear it?

EDIT: FYI for those who don't know, some NPCs will give you a different response if you wear a certain set. For example, if you wear the Church set, the crying, kneeling woman in Yahar'gul can be sent to a safe haven.
