Armsmaster(Worm) vs Kaladin(Stormlight)
Armsmaster from his fight with Levithan vs Kaladin from the end of Words of Radiance. Fight takes place outside the bank in Brockton Bay.
Assume that the nano-halberd can block/clash with a Shardblade and vice versa but that the plasma blade can not.
Round 1: Kaladin has 20 mins of Stormlight Armsmaster has no combat data on him.
Round 2: Kaladin has unlimited Stormlight supplies and Armsmaster has the use of his combat computer.
Bonus: The two team up and plan an assassination, who is the strongest person they could take down either in Worm or in the Cosmere?

As a huge fan of both, I initially thought this was a stomp for Armsmaster. But then I saw you had Armsmaster after the Leviathan fight. That makes it really interesting. I would say for the two rounds, it just boils down to what Armsmaster attacks/blocks with. Kaladin is skilled enough that if his sword sheered through the plasma blade, as he would expect it would, I think the fight would be over shortly after that. But if it met resistance from the nano-blade, Kaladin would be shocked for a bit, and I think that Armsmaster might be able to take it. With his combat computer he easily takes it, if he isn't killed immediately.
Now if it was Defiant I think he takes it 8/10, simply because of his only weapon is his nano-blade, and he has other upgrades.
I like your bonus, even though they both really aren't assassin types. I assume they get prep and some of Armsmaster's gear, so I think most of the characters we have seen in the Cosmere go down. And in Worm, they probably could take most of the PRT, and a good number of villians. I don't think they could take anyone like GL, the Triumvirate, Siberian, and a couple others, but they could eliminate most.
Thanks :)
I was thinking that they probably couldn't take the Lord Ruler would have a good shot at the rest of the Cosmere with sufficient prep.
I think, that Armsmaster would be much more shocked, that seemingly normal blade can withstand nanothorns and change shape. Also with Stormlinght Kaladin can heal his wounds or even regenerate limbs and can easily move vertically.
It has been a while, do we have a time for how long it takes him to regenerate his limbs? Because the nanothorns will sheer right through it with ease. And while Kaladin can move through air easily, Armsmaster fought Leviathan quite well which makes me think he could figure out a way to combat Kaladin.
Well, Lopen regenerated his long lost limb in a moment after his awakening and Kaladin is better Surgebinder than him. Armsmaster needs to cut head or spinal cord of his opponent to win.
Leviathan fight is not that good example, since Endbringer wasn't even a bit serious.
Like I said, it has been a while, and maybe I got the wrong impression, but I thought that it was just starting to regrow, not fully regrown. But if it was fully regrown, you do make a very valid point.
None of the Endbringers are, and even though Leviathan was completely fooling Armsmaster, it does show some good mobility and skill feats for him during the attack.
