(Just a little project I'll work on when I'm bored; maybe 3-4 entries. I hope you like it)

I am running out of ingredients, and yet my research is still incomplete. This shack has served me for a very long time, but I fear I may have to venture to other lands to find some of the rarer reagents that I have run out of since establishing this home. A pity, too, as I have grown to love the autumnal trees of the Rift, and the elk that roam so close to my home.

I take with me very few objects; my satchel, full of minor poisons and potions, my trusted dagger, and this journal. I will leave behind my old journal to explain why this shack was abandoned, in case someone manages to hunt down my stead. Maybe another alchemist will make use of the shack, as I have for so many years. But, I must be careful now that I am out of seclusion; many guards would like nothing better than to arrest me, or even execute me. However, the pursuit of knowledge has always run risks; this is a fundamental part of alchemy.

I have learned much from my time in the Rift, including mystical elixirs and unguents that not even Shalidor himself though possible, thanks to the local flora. It is time to move on to greener pastures. Evergreen Grove, near Falkreath, may have the necessary reagents that I require. Let us hope I do not meet problems on my way there.
