What is the most useful piece of equipment/tool you've acquired over the years?
Its my mother's birthday coming up and she's in to making dolls houses and accessories as well as general arts and crafts, so my question to you is what tools/equipment did you pick up over the years which has proven useful? It doesn't have to be big or expensive. I just thought I'd ask the experts their opinion!

I get a lot of use out of the Easy Cutter. I wouldn't say it is as accurate as the packaging claims, but it's still a really nice tool. I keep it with my dollhouse supplies, but I use it for multitudes of other things.
Thanks a lot I will check this out!
