Looking for housemate - Cypress/Stanton area.

Looking for a housemate (sorry if this is the wrong place to post this).

About the house:

• 1600sqft
• 3 bedrooms about 12'x11' (you would be renting one of them, we live in the master and the third is also rented)
• 1 ½ bath (shared full bath)
• Bonus room (sewing/crafting/office space)
• 2 car garage (converted to a workout room and storage space)
• Large, remodeled kitchen (granite counters, lots of space)
• Laundry Room (off of garage)
• High-speed Internet
• Yards are a work in progress

Rent:

• Month to Month

• $700/month utilities included

  -If paid on the first of the month, rent is $650

   -If paid later than the first week, there is a $50 late fee ($750 total)
  

• Move in cost, first and last month's rent

About us:

We are a fun-loving couple who have been together for 8 years and married for 5 of them. We are both in our late 20's and have fairly unusual jobs. Patrick is a stuntman and Taryn teaches AcroYoga. Our daily schedule tends to keep us up late and wake up late. We are hippies at heart and love going to festivals like Lucidity, Lightning in a Bottle and Burning Man and just being outdoors in general. We are also both huge nerds (the short list includes: pc games, D&D, cosplay, SCA, reading, board games, all things Whedon, Star Wars and Trek...the list goes on). We are both DIYers and the house is pretty constantly being improved.

What we are looking for:

We would love to find new roommates who share interests, but the most important things are:

• Someone with a similar schedule/ not bothered by us getting home at 2am and sleeping till 10.

   We do try to be considerate of noise when other people are sleeping and we expect the same.
  

• Okay with the white fluffy Eskie that lives with us (she's adorable).

• A good balance between picking up after yourself and not minding a little mess now and then. We don't want someone super messy, but we don't want a clean freak either (because we aren't).

• Steady income

• Drama free please! Everyone has problems come up, but we don't really want to be constantly dealing with yours.

• Respectful of others, non-judgmental, and considerate.
