Studio of the Week, week 4: Brains Base
Welcome to the fourth episode of a weekly r/anime discussion series on anime studios! This is a space to share thoughts on any and all anime from Brains Base. You can easily find a list of anime you’ve seen from this week’s studio with MALGraph’s section on “favourite studios”.
Remember to follow reddiquette and this subreddit’s rules at all times. Don’t forget to spoiler tag!
Sorry it’s so late now, I completely forgot about this.
RIP Studio Trigger. I didn’t see a great deal of point doing a whole discussion for a studio with four main anime to their name, only two of which are really taken seriously. I’d rather give that time to White Fox, which a couple of people requested, the studio behind community favourites including (but not limited to) Steins;Gate and Katanagatari. (But remember that’s next week: we’re doing Brains Base today.)
