[ROLEPLAY] Tensions rising in Chile

After the recent coup by General Luis Altamirano Talavera and the confusion following the South American war. The people of Chile are restless, democracy has been taken from them, some of their basic rights have been impinged upon, funds that should be for education and health care are being used to produce arms.

These conditions are ripe for revolution and counter-revolution. Even now young men embittered by recent events are joining rebel groups of various political affiliations, Communists, Socialists, Reactionaries and Parliamentarians, all taking up arms in the mountains and forests of rural Chile. All it would take is one spark to set everything on a path to chaos.
