Anybody else seeing "Not up to date" in the email+accounts settings for their Microsoft Account?

I have a Lumia 830 and I flashed the new Denim update to it yesterday. Ever since that flash, my account on the phone says "Not up to date" and reports error 80070490. I've tried all of the various solutions I can find from bingling that error, yet nothing fixes the problem. And just to add a wrench into things, I'm getting the same error from the Mail app on a Windows 10 laptop, and I even booted up my old Lumia 920 that hasn't been used in almost a year, updated my password on it, and it too has the same "Not up to date, 80070490" error.

Since the problem exists on at least three devices, I don't think it's related to updating my AT&T 830 to Denim.

Logging into my account on the web works just fine and doesn't report any errors like being temporarily blocked or outlook.com being down.

I keep getting that in Outlook Mail on my Windows 10 tablet pc. It has a link to 'fix' it, which I click. Next day it happens again. No idea what happens actually when I click the fix link, or what part of it is not up-to-date.

Yep. It's pretty sad that they've never fixed this bug/issue. Can't believe they shipped a product like that.

Same here too. I click it and nothing happens but it goes away. Next day it's back.

Yeh I got this for a few days too recently. Nothing had changed on my end, so something must have been up on MS's side. Seems to have stopped now thankfully.

Did you do anything that could have "fixed" it? Or just waited it out?

I wonder if maybe this is the long-rumored outlook.com switchover to Office 365?

I received an update for Outlook Mail yesterday that seems to have fixed it.

I've been getting this error for about the entire time I've had a windows phone. As far as I can tell, it doesn't effect anything really. Things still sync but for some reason manual syncing pills that error. I've tried countless things and spent good on chat with no luck. I've heard test a bunch and changed security things with no luck either

No sync issues here. https://portal.office.com/servicestatus says outlook.com is ok as well. You getting mail if you log into the website? Could be an issue affecting select users.

Yep, website is fine. Mail even syncs on the phone and in the W10 app, though the latter does throw the 80070490 error after syncing and the former syncs slowly (it's set to sync "based on my usage", which in the past has been pretty reliable) with messages showing up hours after they've arrived. If I manually sync it shows up immediately.
