HUGE update: Maybe the New York screen in Mission 51 CE's video is a Fox Engine render?

Read the last edit from below. u/vram01k seems to have found evidence that the screen is in fact a Fox Engine render!

Someone found the screen in a stock photos site:

The photographer's nickname is Louis Cypher. Phonetically, it says "Lucifer". Coincidentally, Robert De Niro starred in a 1987 movie called "Angel heart" characterizing the devil himself under the name of "Louis Cypher". "Oh man, prepare the tinfoil hats". well, you'll see what I mean with coincidentally.

The "Angel Heart" plot features an aspiring singer named "Johnny Favorite" that became intrigued with a group of Devil worshipers. Somehow (possibly through black magic) Favorite was able to meet with Satan and make a deal; he sold his soul for fame and fortune.

For a time, Favorite got his wish, and became a huge singer. However, he eventually began to develop second thoughts on his deal. Seeking to cheat Satan, Favorite discovered a ritual which he believed would allow him to steal another man's soul. Favorite chose a soldier named "Harry Angel", brought him to his apartment, and proceeded to kill him and then eat his heart. It is not known whether this actually managed to temporarily hide him or if Satan knew all along and merely played along hoping to lure him into a false sense of security.

Favorite was drafted into World War II, but was ultimately brought back to the United States after suffering severe facial injuries. In the process, his mind began to take on the memories of Angel, and after some facial reconstruction changed his appearance, he became convinced of his own identity.

Twelve years later, Satan, possibly in an act of mockery, took on the pseudonym of "Louis Cypher" and proceeded to approach Harry Angel, and gave him the case to find Favorite, telling him the truth, but wording it in a manner that could be misunderstood, namely giving the impression that he was simply a business man and that the missing person owed him money.

Every step of the way Satan worked to manipulate Angel, who he knew from the start was actually Favorite. He secretly influenced him into killing those connected with Favorite's past, causing him to run into trouble with the police when he became the prime suspect for their murders. Angel eventually discovered the truth on his own, but by the time he did it was too late for him to back out, and Satan finally revealed himself. Angel was later arrested and presumably executed for the murders he committed, fullfilling his debt to Satan.

Before making any assumption, let's remember three important facts:

1 Project Ogre is the allegedly project codename for TPP. By definition, an ogre is a monster in fairy tales popular legend, usually represented as a hideous giant who feeds on human flesh / or a monstrously ugly, cruel, or barbarous person.

Edit: The name for the project in Japanese is Project Oni, which translates to demon.

2 The entire MGS V: TPP marketing champaign was focused on Big Boss turning evil, becoming a demon. The shrapnel horn, the"taboos", "darker themes", etc. Despite this, through the story BB always makes the most morale decision possible given the situation, and even runs a "day care" and a Zoo.

3 PT story. The famous Playable teaser of the cancelled (allegedly) Silent Hills, features a chilling story and includes a couple of mysterious broadcasts within game. There are a few curious points I want to address:

:: Yes, the P.T's radio broadcasts are spread all over TPP.

:: The protagonist from Angel Heart contacted the devil through a group of "devil's worshipers". The father from P.T killed his family after constantly listening strange radio broadcasts, as the Swedish from above.

:: There's not explanation on why in the broadcast the voice speaks Swedish. The game occurs in US. Take in mind that the fake Moby Dick Studios "developing" TPP was announced as Swedish, as well as its director "Joakim (Kojima anagram) Mogren"

:: In the broadcast, the demonic voice says You can choose. Your life, your future. : One of the main MGS 2 ending and overall philosophical intents/messages. Ending' Solid Snake conversation with Raiden:

Solid Snake: Listen, don't obsess over words so much. Find the meaning behind the words, then decide. You can find your own name. And your own future...

Raiden: Decide for myself...?

Snake: And whatever you choose will be you.

Raiden: I don't know if I can...

Snake: I know you didn't have much in terms of choices this time. But everything you felt, thought about during this mission is yours. And what you decide to do with them is your choice...

Raiden: You mean start over?

Snake: Yeah, a clean slate. A new name, new memories. Choose your own legacy. It's for you to decide. It's up to you.

MGS2 is set in Manhattan.

:: According to the truth tapes, Zero was hidden in Hell's Kitchen, NYC. Maybe Kaz's hamburgers is a reference to the place?

Wether the mission 51 screen is the stock photo or not is up to discussion. There are people that noticed differences, and other that think that the stock photo is the same as the screen. Test it by yourself.

The phantom studio theory fix here. Maybe real ogre hasn't been released? Maybe a secondary studio developed TPP?

PD: Unrelated comment: Big Boss was around Mozambique in 1987, right? Angel Heart release year. (Not that its related..)

PD 2: I know the title is contradictory, but I'm not claiming that the nyc screen comes from the fox engine. It has a question mark. Nevertheless, I just maintained the same title of the first post.

Edit: u/MasterCJudge reported that photographer's instagram has Angels & Demons thematic. This reminded me a concept art of project Oni (Demon/ogre) from Yoji Shinkawa from back 2012 that showed a kind of [Angel] (http://media.vandalimg.com/m/4-2012/20124108280_1.jpg) Although Kojima mentioned it as art from project Oni (Ogre), it seems to be from a possible ZOE3 instead.

Edit 2: u/holyfad " Lisa in P.T., looked like she was designed based on a [Yūrei] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yūrei) Yūrei and Oni both fall under the category of Japanese folklore's legendary creatures and spirits."

Edit 3: I don't think this is related at all, but it's curious enough to edit the post. There's also a Manga named ["Angel Heart".] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angel_Heart_(manga) Its plot goes (or at least starts) about a trained assassin that tries to commit suicide. She fails the attempt because some people transplants a new heart to her dying body.

Edit 4: Seems like u/vram01k actually found EVIDENCE that the Mission 51 screen is actually a Fox Engine render!
