##Respect Danny Ketch the Ghost Rider

"Why do you bother running? I am not to be escaped. Feel the power of my Penance Stare. Feel the flame on your sins and be burnt clean"

Danny Ketch became the Ghost Rider when his sister was murdered in a cemetery and he touched the glowing gas cap on a motorcycle. He inherited the spirit of Noble Kale, a spirit of vengeance who had lost all of it's memories. Their connection was rocky at first because he was never supposed to be the one who changed. However, once it began to regain its memories its power grew. When Danny is in control Ghost Rider exists in the void and vice versa when Ghost Rider is in control. They live a dual life but work together to avenge the innocent.

##Chain

Ghost Rider's chain's has many mystical properties. It can be stretched, unlinked, individual links can be thrown as weapons, it is made of unknown elements, and is virtually indestructible

• General

• Whips his chain around so quickly it becomes like a buzzsaw

• Destroys the guns of multiple goons who have their guns targeted at him

• Destroys a knife in someone's hand before they can strike their victim

• Deathwatch talking about the power contained within the chain

• Summons his chain to choke an enemy and pull him away

• Chain breaks mystical bonds

• Transformations

• Turns the chain into a straight bar weapon and beats down several goons

• The chain can extend even farther than normal, but it does reach limits

• Turns the chain into a spear and tosses it

• Changes the chain into a spear and impales an opponent into the air with it

• Changes the chain into a knife

• Projectiles

• Turns the links of his chain into shurikens and fires them off like projectiles. The links return afterward to reform the chain.

• After whipping his chain around he fires off links to individually strike at least 6 opponents

• Fires chain links to hit a flying target and destroy their machine

• Shoots out his chain links covered in hellfire like a blast

• Flings chain links to take down two thugs while driving by

• Throws his chain and takes out three opponents

##Hellfire

• Against Magic
• Hellfire weakens magical enchantments
• Against the Undead
• Shoving his hellfire covered hand into a demon destroys it, and again destroys the undead with his hand
• The hellfire causes Deathwatch, who is full of the souls of people who died near him, to explode
• Skill
• While powered from taking other spirits of vengeance he creates 4 avatars of himself composed of hellfire
• With the Chain
• The chain can channel hellfire as seen here when it's stabbed into an opponent and the hellfire burns his face.
• Creates a hellfire scythe with the chain which slashes through your soul giving you "a brief taste of eternal damnation"

##Penance Stare

Requirements:

• The target must have a soul for it to work
• The target must be able to see

How it works

• The penance stare replays all of your transgressions over and over and makes you feel the pain of what you've done. Even though this person enjoyed what he did once the penance stare hit him he seemed to change his mind along with the suffering. 1, 2, 3

##Ride

• Strength

• With it's ram down it drives through a police blockade knocking through two cars

• Rams a guy through the wall of a building

• Rams through a metal warehouse door

• Ramming through multiple walls, also goes to knock out the main power supply showing a sort of intelligence to its actions.

• Durability

• The bike is bulletproof

• The bike takes multiple energy blasts

• Regeneration

• A missile shatters the bike into pieces and Danny commands the bike to come back together almost immediately

• Reassembles itself and drives towards Ghost Rider

• Speed

• Races Johnny Blaze around the world. They leave a battle in the first panel and pass multiple different landscapes (water, pyramids, jungle) by the time Danny says the battle is ending. Super speed has always been a function of the bikes, but this is probably an outlier because that would need them to be traveling at least the speed of sound.

• Speeding away from police cars

• Outraces a helicopter to get to cover

• Appears as a streak of flame going around a corner

• A 30 second detonation sequence is set, and Ghost Rider manages to evacuate several people along with himself and escape the explosion

• Supernatural Riding

• Riding up the side of a building with a person in tow. This is also one of his common methods of attack. He'll swoop in and out dragging people to separate them from the group.

• Riding straight up a building

• Riding along the side of a building to attack an airborne target

• Riding on water and rides out of the water

• Motorcycle essentially flying away with Danny

• Motorcycle comes to him on its own when he needs it. Also it smashes through the earth to get to him in an underground tunnel

• Motorcycle knocks down Dr. Strange to help Ghost Rider escape from a magical bubble

• Motorcycle won't drive for anyone else

##Physical Attributes

• Strength

• Pulling down a large piece of machinery

• Pulls a large gate out of a wall

• Pulling a large brood monster through tunnels while driving

• Flipping a police car onto another car with one hand

• Breaks out from Spider-man restraining him

• Destroys a robot in one punch

• Crumpling a gun in his hands

• Even in a weakened state escaping he "crumpled a manhole cover up like it was paper"

• Breaks a man's leg by catching him with his chain

• Durability

• Hitting his body is described as "hitting a wall" and bullets pass through him. Also described as "kicking a block of cement"

• Energy blast goes right through his body without causing him any harm. If it had hit the skeleton though it at least shouldn't have gone straight through him.

• He was inside of a building when a massive explosion was set off. He survived but was buried beneath the rubble. 1, 2, 3

• Survives a blast from a weapon designed to kill him

• Moving through a ton of firepower, enduring the pain of every blast but not being stopped

• Hellfire not only hurts but might be capable of killing Ghost Rider. Here Johnny Blaze uses a shotgun to shoot hellfire into Ghost Rider repeatedly but it takes a ton of blasts to keep him down. 1, 2, 3

• A demonic character nearly beats Ghost Rider to death with his own hellfire covered rib

• Endures slamming into a wall and being dragged along by a train

• Pushing through an energy gun and some bio-blasts from two opponents

• Momentarily resisting his life force being drained and Daredevil saves him

• Stabbed by a pitchfork designed to be able to hurt him and keeps fighting

• Stabbed by a sword that kills supernatural beings and lives while demogoblin dies

• Regeneration

• An enemy destroyed his entire body and he was gone for a moment, but he re-appeared in a burst of flame

• Takes some time for him to heal from wounds

• An enemy fired a gun that somehow used an electromagnetic pulse to destroy Ghost Rider, and Ghost Rider came back from it

• An opponent had a special ordinance that he used to blow apart Ghost Rider in mid-air. He gets up shortly after landing on the ground

• During a period where Ghost Rider is weakened because he and Danny aren't syncing up he is blown up by a bomb and its take him about an hour to recover

• Speed

• Dashes past two police officers, who had their guns targeted on him, to get to his motorcycle

• One-shots security that was pulling back the hammer

• Catches three thrown shurikens with his chain

• An opponent has someone hostage with his hand around her neck and Ghost Rider hits him with the chain before he can do anything about it

• With a flick of his wrist he shoots his chain links out and takes down 4 people

• Shoots a chain out to stop a guy whose teeth are practically on a hostage's neck

• His chain links shoot out as "high speed metal" taking down multiple attackers

• Skill

• Learned some fighting techniques from training with Johnny Blaze

• Beating a single target relentlessly

• Using his chain, links, and strikes he takes down several guards who "can't even hit him"

##Miscellaneous

• Senses
• Senses the Punisher watching him
• Smells evil, smells sin, and smells past sin
• Temperature
• When he transforms it gives off a blast of heat
• The hellfire isn't hot and the flames are so cold that a woman can't hold onto him for long
• He can create heat
• Water doesn't put out his hellfire, and again hellfire underwater
• Angel of Death
• After having his memories restored, Noble Kale remembers he was given the power of the Angel of Death and used that power to destroy Blackheart. It's unclear if he retains this power later on. 1, 2, 3, 4
