Has anyone here dealt with a sort of existential loneliness

I don't know for sure if this is the right sub reddit to post to, but for a while now I've been experiencing a type of existential depression. I'm not always depressed, and I wouldn't put it into the realm of even being physically crippling, and the fact that it doesn't harm me has to do with the thoughts themselves I've just been thinking so much lately that it doesn't matter what anything is or was or could be. It doesn't matter what I am or might be and what other people could be if they're even real. I just can't help but feel like nothing is real and nothing matters because no matter how much you speculate there is nothing to cause what is for any kind of reason. And there's no reason or fathomable cause for even the possibility that there could be a reason or cause. If that even makes sense, what I'm basically trying to say is I don't understand what existence itself is, and the deeper I think about it, the lonelier I get. I don't know if what I do is worth doing because it really just isn't anything. But it's like I'm stuck in this loop and pattern where I feel like, just in case this is something, I need to still keep going. But then my mind speaks up and reminds me that even if this is something, at the ultimate base level, it's still nothing. I just feel so lonely and lost, but it's all inside of me and its like I'm fine on the outside, but I'm always screaming on the inside looking for some answer that I know I'll never find. It just sucks. That's about it. I Don't really consider suicide because I don't see the point. On the ultimate base level, it wouldn't change a thing except erase my possible consciousness in this realm. So I guess I'm just wondering, how do you get over this. It's just constantly torturing me on the inside, but forcing me to keep going on the outside. To maintain the pattern.

People are always told that existence has to have some kind of meaning and it really doesn't. If you start to think about life and purpose and meaning you'll start feeling really small because all three of those can mean so many different things from so many different perspectives or nothing at all. The most we can do is find meaning within our own lives and try to lead as good and happy a life as we can. Focus on what makes you feel good. We only get to be on this planet once, and there are lots and lots of horrible, ugly things here. But there are also wonderful, beautiful parts to navigate through as well. Sometimes it's hard to remember that when we're in a midst of a depressive slump, but when we do have moments of clarity it makes it worth it in the end.
