Update on my situation

First and foremost thank you to everybody who replied to my original post with kind words and thoughts. I really appreciated every response. It was, and is, a hard and dark time for me and any positivity I receive is helpful.

This is an update to my post here.

The news is not good. It's not simple lymphoma. It's a sarcoma which is a tumor/cancer of the muscle and nerve tissues. The biopsy of course for this takes longer so they don't have a classification on it yet. Once they do I'll be referred to a specialist at a larger hospital as treatment is not something this practice has enough experience with. Going in tomorrow for additional tests to see if they can do anything short term for the pain like a dose of radiation to numb it.
