The Roughly Street Tier Tournament: Round 4
#Overview:
RIP Spider-Man and Batman
I'm gonna try to wrap things up here, since the last 3 rounds are only 1 fight I'll do them daily
Back to business. This tournament will be debate based. Me and two other judges (/u/shadowsphere and u/rd1027) will come to a conclusion on each fight based on the arguments brought up in the mini thread, Up-votes do not matter.
Each Round will last a week and be posted on Thursdays and if a character has no arguments then they lose by default

#Kyrie Ushiromiya vs Akiha Tohno
Battle Stipulations:
Akiha is as she is during Hisui's route (Supplying life force to Shiki)
Kyrie has her human world abilities
Dunno anything about this Tohno but she better be able to keep up with 938x speed of sound movement or survive shotgun blasts at point blank.
Akiha's abilities would keep her opponent from even getting that close. If you're in her field of vision, you're probably already dead.
What's her power? Can it overcome speed blitz? What if Kyrie runs behind her and shoots her?
u/xephfyre explained her powers very well in the Akiha vs. Guts round here.
Basically, Akiha "plunders" the "heat" from any opponent she can see. If you're caught in her field of vision, your life force/heat/whatever starts getting sapped, and it kills the target almost instantly. It also ignores durability, so blocking won't work either.
Basically, the only way to beat her is to either shoot her from a distance where she can't see you, or sneak up and jump her.
Seems to me that Kyrie would win this. Unless Akiha has a ton of envy and is bullet proof, she's going to be blitzed and shot since Kyrie can apparently move mach 960+ speeds. Another bonus is that to my knowledge all of Akiha's abilities are based on line of sight and because no one has mentioned her being a lightning+ timer, she's not going to see Kyrie unless she allows her to.
However, Akiha possess a single insurmountable advantage: the environment. This fight takes place in an enclosed subway cart. This means that they're going to be facing each other and Kyrie has no way of remaining out of Akiha's field of vision. If this was any other environment, I would agree with u/Gaibon85 . But with it being in an enclosed space it's mach 938 vs instant death stare. And an instant > anything not time travel or omnipresence in speed
So I'm going to reluctantly say Ahika wins solely due to the environment. Bad u/motionstopman
