RMA Process - Anyone have Experience?

I recently received a case that was destroyed in shipping. I'm going through the RMA process now and wanted to know what my expectations should be.

It's only been 1 day since I put in the RMA but with no update I'm just a little worried. I don't want to be waiting weeks to finish my build since all I need is a case at this point.
