Shave, do your eyebrows, lift for a year or 2, then acquire that kinda half smile/smirk thats so alluring and you'll be having to beat girls off with a stick. :)

Your hair is an unusual shape, but some trimming and styling could actually go a long way. I would say perhaps consider trimming and maintaining your eyebrows a little bit, and either shave, or grow a light beard.

You look like you grunt at girls when they pass by you and then scratch your balls and smell your fingers while maintaining eye contact.
