[School project] Entrepreneurs who rented, rent or might be interested in renting an office or a space in a coworking environment, can I talk to you?

I'm following Udacity's Tech Entrepreneur Nanodegree, and for my next project, I need to talk to people who could be users of my product.

If you rented, rent or just think of renting an office or a desk, either hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, I would love to talk to you.
