Hey all,
I'm interested in buying a .com. The website is unused and it currently shows a 503 error.
Searching internic.net/whois.html gives this result.
Searching whois.cronon.net gives this result.
As you can see, not much usable information to contact the domain owner. I then tried e-mailing these addresses :
But they all came back as "Address not found - 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected"
Any idea how I can contact the owner?
Thanks,
Simo

Hi all,
So mid February, I sent a proposal for a website revamp to a customer who ended up going with a competitor because it was "considerably less".
My proposal included a production calendar with a D+40 delivery date, and that included a safety margin. We are now 3 months later, and I regularly check their website, nothing is online yet.
- Should I try to get them back or just forget about it? Note that I am not in a position to refuse clients, but then again, I am not willing to undersell myself.
- If so, how should I go about it?
Thanks!
So I've been working on my startup project for a few months now, and I realize I really need a cofounder to complement my skills.
I met two persons through my very limited network, but it won't work out with them... I don't know where to look next.
What about you guys? How was your quest for a cofounder? How was your experience?
I want to know everything! :)
Just wondering after seeing a FB post about someone looking for a start-up lawyer.
I am working on a tech startup that will launch in Q1 2017, I don't see any reason I should use a lawyer's services for now. Am I wrong?
Hey all,
I am sure there are a lot of grants and loans that I qualify for through the provincial and federal governments, however, I find it difficult to find them.
I've seen this site come up many times, but always found it fishy. I decided to give it a try anyway, filled the form and waited for them to call me back.
The guy called me yesterday, went through his sales pitch, and after hearing my needs, suggested 6 programs for which I could qualify. In addition to that, he mentioned 400+ programs listed on their website that I can browse to see if I qualify.
Fee to have access to this: 550$.
Don't get me wrong, 550$ isn't expensive if I hav
Hey guys,
So here's the thing. I'm from a technical background and have a great product. However, I suck at sales! I came here to ask for your advice on recruiting someone on commission only, but started by searching the sub.
I've read this post "My business is growing, and I can finally afford to hire a salesperson, now what?. It doesn't really apply to me because I can't sell by myself.
I've also searched for the word "commission" and found a lot of posts basically telling people not to accept commission only jobs.
So what do you suggest for someone in my situation? I need someone to help
Hi all,
So I'm working on a new website/app project, still very early stage.
I'm thinking of two possibilities :
- Register a new company for this app
- Develop it as a product of my existing digital agency
Pros and cons of these options?
Thanks,
Simo
Hey guys,
I'm following Udacity's Tech Entrepreneur Nanodegree, and for my next project, I need to talk to people who could be users of my product.
If you rented, rent or just think of renting an office or a desk, either hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, I would love to talk to you.
We can do this on Skype (video, audio or just text, as you want) or any other medium you want.
Thanks,
Simo
