So many things can go wrong when developing a new product/app that i don't think you should worry about creating a new company for it yet - just use the one you already have.

If things take off then it might make more sense for you to create a company for it. You can easily transfer the app to your new company once it's set up if that's what you decide to do.

If it could in anyway bring in additional clients to your digital agency I would suggest just developing it under your agency's name.

- Register a new company for this app
- Develop it as a product of my existing digital agency
