The Dish Pit Neckbeard

Gonna call him DP, he is an internal Neckbeard. On the outside he's a buff medium height guy with a light brown short afro (dads black, mom's white) and pretty high energy and friendly at first encounter.

I worked in a kitchen with him for a while before even realizing his beard qualities but when they came out they came out loud. We bonded over a common interest in Pokemon. He's competitive in the Meta game, I just like playing through and collecting. He would talk on and on about his training techniques and move sets and winning against little kids who didn't bring their A Game. Mostly still harmless stuff.

DP was a virgin in his early 20s. Always said he was waiting for the right girl to lose his virginity too and didn't want no "Fuckin Whore". So when one of the kitchen staff who was known to be free with her affections and into weird stuff (Ass to Mouth, Gang Bangs, Fisting and whatever) invited him to hang out I was surprised he went. She gave him a Beej, his first one ever and then the Neckbearding started. He began acting like they were dating, getting pissed at her for not responding to his texts, shouting insults at her across the kitchen. She was a cook and he was dish pit so if she needed dishes he would ignore her or shove them at her. The more she rejects him the nastier he gets. Finally I tried to get him to chill and ask "Dude, she sucked your dick. That doesn't mean she has to marry you." And he gets defensive. "I deserve a relationship. After what she did she should be with me!" Finally he was given a warning about shitty behavior. He calmed down but everyone was wary of him after that.

The next time a Server girl caught his eye. She was pretty, 5 years older than him and obviously not interested. He didn't see it as obvious and asked her out. She politely declined and he lost his shit again. "I deserve a chance! She's a stuck up bitch for not giving me a chance! I know we have stuff in common and she's single!" And queue the same antics as before. Splashing dirty water at her and shoving dirty dishes at her was added to his arsenal. I even tried to explain how to handle rejection and he said I was pathetic.

I think he got fired about a month later.
