I've looked through and found plenty of information WHAT devices and equipment are but I'm still not sure when to use the Equipment Points on an item or just use Power Points with the Removable Flaw. I saw this in another comment and it helped but I want to be sure:

"A device is just a power that can be removed. It's built like a normal power, but you add the Removable flaw."

So in this case if I picture Green Lantern's power ring. It gives him all his powers but can be removed if incapacitated. It's a Power so built with Power Points.

**"Thor's hammer is a Device. Spidey's web-shooters are Devices. Nick Fury's guns are equipment (unless he's using some super high-tech James Bond shi

Gonna call him DP, he is an internal Neckbeard. On the outside he's a buff medium height guy with a light brown short afro (dads black, mom's white) and pretty high energy and friendly at first encounter.

I worked in a kitchen with him for a while before even realizing his beard qualities but when they came out they came out loud. We bonded over a common interest in Pokemon. He's competitive in the Meta game, I just like playing through and collecting. He would talk on and on about his training techniques and move sets and winning against little kids who didn't bring their A Game. Mostly still harmless stuff.

DP was a virgin in his early 20s. Always said he was waiting for the r

The title is just an example. Like if you tried to hook the party into preventing the Wererats from invading the city that night but the party decides to drink all night, do the Wererats still wreak havoc when the party doesn't stop them?

What about on a bigger scale that isn't the parties fault. You had a few things written up. Go East, they stop an assassination but go North they descover a simultaneous plot of an army being amassed. Does the assassination still happen or do they stop the assassination but the army overruns the city in the North when nobody warned them of the oncoming army.

I mean, it just seems to make sense that ifnthenplayer is expected to exist in this setting, you would want them to know not to make a desert survivalist or a Sailor just to throw them into an ice cave themed game.

I like to at least tell my players "Okay, think Norway in winter." Or "You're going to be exploring the Sahara desert" to give them the ability to make a character who makes sense in the setting.

I've worked with DMs who say "Build Whatever" then throw them into such an unlielky situation most people demand a do over because their characters have no motivation to be in this situation.

I come from a city on the east coast that is both really saturated and conservative thinking. I'm a Massage Therapist and have been for 10 years bit struggle here while my female coworkers are booked solid. "I need in right now. You only have a guy available? No I'll wait for a girl." Is a common line I hear.

I'm moving my family to BC but want to avoid the gang crime of the bigger cities and was really hoping to find amour place in Langley. My wife is disabled and cannot work work because of it and my son will only be 4 so it will be on me to do the bread winning. So in general I would just like to know if Langley is Neutral tongue gender of their therapist or if my gender is going t

NB is a sinking ship and I'm packing up my family to abandon ship. I'm a Massage Therapist with a wife who can't work due to health factors and our 3 year old son. If I want to live in Langley and not feel the same straddling the edge of poverty feeling I get here, how much would I need to make a year to support my tiny family? Any tips on surviving in the area? Any other cities close to that area I should look into instead? A selling point for my wife is she wants to be close to friends in Surrey.

I looked through the CMTBC page so I know all the things about moving from a regulated province to BC but I could use advice from some BC therapists.

  • Suggestions on getting Liability Insurance.

  • What are good starting wages to negotiate for?

  • Are Continuing Education Courses easily accessible?

  • Will being male hurt my chances of building a professional clientele?

  • I see a lot of new and coming soon clinics advertising "full clientele guaranteed" in job ads. Is it really that busy?

My wife grew up in an abusive broken home, verbally abusive, neglectful, physically abusive. I've never called her a name, I've never raised my hand to her but 4 years ago, after we got married things started going down hill in my life. She retreated into her old coping mechanisms and in response I shut down. She started school shortly after our wedding. I quit my dead end soul crushing job without already having a job in place. Feeling useless and pathetic, I first tried escaping into Reddit and Minecraft. Not joining her in bed at night, even when I told her I'd be there in a few minutes. Not realizing she was in bed feeling lonely and crying. She absorbed herself into her studies and bega
