[x-post r/falloutMods] Settlement mods for building

Been running a mixture of mods for settlements, including Homemaker, Settlement Objects, settlement keywords original / and independent, Alternate settlements... you get the idea.

the question i have is. Settlement builders, what mod mix do you use for your fundamental building? And what order do you install them in ??
