The sanctioning of Japan, increased posturing in the Pacific, and the Romanian Civil War causing doubts regarding the major power blocs has resulted in a relatively tumultuous year.
DRC and Oman are experiencing booms.

North America:
Tremendous development initiatives have restarted the economic engine of NAMCO, only furthered by the addition of two new members. However, it is clear there is a great deal of tension in the Pacific, especially with mass construction of missile defense systems, and investors remain skeptical.
Central America and the Caribbean:
The Republic of Hispaniola and the USC joining NAMCO has been momentuous, along with NAMCO infrastructure initiatives, but tension with Gran Colombia and China has radiated into the region, keeping growth lower.
South America:
South America is seemingly an economic battleground for North America and Chinese influence, which brings tremendous trade and financial aid, but also brings a great deal of uncertainty as the potential for conflict is high.
Northern Europe:
The United Republic of the Ardennes has thrown Northern Europe into chaos, ceding French land, pulling Germany into trials of questionable legality, and generally destabilizing the region in the wake of partisan aggression.
Eastern Europe:
As the Romanian Civil War ends, Romania turns its eyes to Hungary and threatens invasion. NATO has resisted, and Romania has in turn stated it is likely to leave NATO, bringing tremendous uncertainty to the area
Mediterranean:
Greek aggression towards Yugoslavia and a dormant Italy has resulted in a nominally stagnant Mediterranean region, despite being a heavily cohesive economic engine, normally.
Western Africa:
As usual, the Dominion continues with infrastructure and unopposed development.
Central Africa:
Little has occurred in Central Africa, though the USLA is likely to soon revitalize the region.
Southern Africa:
The region was largely quiet this year
Eastern Africa:
Chinese aid to Somalia has stabilized the region, but potential aggression from the rest of Africa remains a clear threat.
Western Asia:
Feuding has been nominally lower this year, though the region seems prepared to explode into conflict. Iran has left the Vladivostok Pact, and taken a staunch stance against the East, pulling it away from opposition to the Arab Commonwealth.
Central Asia:
the USSR was fairly quiet this year, along with its satellite countries, apart from a few minor infrastructural programs.
Southern Asia:
India was dormant this year, despite the excitement in the rest of Asia
Eastern Asia:
The sanctions on Japan, constant militarization, and tensions with NAMCO have ignited a small downturn in the economy of Eastern Asia.
Southwest Pacific:
As trade is redirected towards Indonesia and other regional states, the Southwest Pacific experiences a moderate economic boost.
