From the desk of the Managing Director of the IMF.
[M] This year, due to the way time leap ahead of me, I've put very rough write-ups for the reasoning for the % in that region. If there's things I missed in the regional reasoning, I probably didn't, but let me know. [M]

North America:
War has come to the world, with the US and its allies one of the major combatants. Many prominent US structures were destroyed on the main land, and Chinese strikes abroad send ripples of fear back home.

Joining AAMCO has for better or for worse brought the region into conflict in the US vs China war
South America:
Tensions between NAMCO and Gran Colombia rise as Chinese assets sit in South America
Northern Europe:
Relatively quiet here. They are building for war and hunkering down.
Eastern Europe:
The Third Balkan War ends with a treaty signed in Skopje, cutting up the region between the victors
Mediterranean:
Tourism and trade in the Mediterranean have grinded to a halt due to the various conflicts and wars dotting the region.
Western Africa:
Lots of diplomatic meetings, and the creation of TAWCAN
Central Africa:
The creation of TAWCAN helps
Southern Africa:
Didn't see much for this region
Eastern Africa:
Tensions between Somalia and The Dominion bring the Somalian Military to full alert
Western Asia:
the USSR, India and Iran battle it out with Turkey and the UAC
Central Asia:
The war between Russia and Turkey continues, with India joining on the side of Russia. The fights seems one sided, and are predicted to end relatively soon.
Southern Asia:
India declares its neutrality in the the China US conflict, and donates money to the US. Curious. They also join the war in Iran.
Eastern Asia:
there is no war in Ba Sing Se. There is, however, war in China
China strikes the US, destroying prominent lankmarks and military installations. They have littered the South Pacific with sea based mines, and signs point to a long war ahead for both sides.
Southwest Pacific:
A Chinese base in Fiji was destroyed, and the close proximity to the giant, are signs of more destruction in the region to come.
