So I have the 90 Von Miller in overalls and the 85 freebie Urlacher. They both they 10 uses in solos, but unlimited in h2h? Is it unlimited use and just costs extra contract, or can his contracts just never be replenished? Thus not being unlimited use?

10 solos/ 5 times locking in on H2H (each lock takes 2 contracts), contracts can't be replenished
I also don't get locking in. I see it as an option on the lineup screen but I never press it. I just go play. Are you unable to adjust the lineup after starting a h2h season this year?
I haven't played h2h yet really with the run/pass glitch still around.
You can adjust it after locking in but it'll take another 2 contracts of your ltd use cards
You need to lock a lineup before you start a h2h season, you can reset a lineup but that uses 2 more contracts for these LTU players
Here's a question for everyone. I see that the limited use cards can be added to a set.
Number one, is that worth it?
Number two, do we need to watch how many times we use the card and add to the set with one game left, since these limited cards are said to disappear after they've been used the allowed number of times?
