Does anyone know of any IT Career fairs in ROC? Or just places to be for those searching for IT positions?

I want to get MCSA and/or MCSE certified in server 2012. Is there any way to get access to server 2012 without paying ridiculous amounts? How do people that aren't working with server study for these things?

I have the 2016 180 trial in virtual box but even that I am sad is only 180 days, and I need 2012 to install core for that portion of the exams.

Is this true. Trying to just play around with it in virtualbox and I cannot do so, looked it up and found one forum post mentioning that whatever you choose at install is it. True?

Anyone else dislike the 3-4 vs 4-3 linebacker set up in this game?

First, they have guys like Phernell McPhee with 4-3 Chemistry wtf? And hightower who would be perfect in 4-3 with 3-4?

But even regardless of chemistry it seems like guys can either rush the passer or cover but not both. Is it because a pass rush guy than can cover is OP? Just seems to split, and like MOST linebackers in the game are built to run stop and blitz but passing to TEs and RBs is like 98% of everyones gameplan.

Thats not really reflective of real football no? 3-4 linebackers have to cover, almost every play 1 of them does.

Even in this game how do you guys that run 3-4 select your OLBs? DO you just not value z

So I hate playing 3-4. Its probably better because of the selection of players and versatility and two DTs seems stupid, but it I am a simple man and it confuses me. So I run 4-3.

I got Clay Matthews and Tamba Hali as non transferable elites. Fuck me right?

Clay is on as LE and doing good but Tamba is slow so I leave Cliff Avril at RE.

So I have the 90 Von Miller in overalls and the 85 freebie Urlacher. They both they 10 uses in solos, but unlimited in h2h? Is it unlimited use and just costs extra contract, or can his contracts just never be replenished? Thus not being unlimited use?

What can I be doing pre snap to help my non usered players?

I user a LB usually and I suck at it, but just being close and moving around can usually make someone go elsewhere... and there is ALWAYS elsewhere. I have only been doing DC until the pre snap glitch is fixed but even if I draft 2 elite corners and 2 elite safeties, they suck balls. It's just annoying to successfully take routes away pretty reliably just to have my team give up a 15 yard pass down field.

Does anyone play man? crossing routes kill it so bad I never do. The elite Champ Bailey you get in DC can't even cover an average reciever crossing.

Also, there is probably a reason by why are there no zone cover 1 plays? I ha

Are fucking amazing. Was playing Draft champs and picked them both over corners since all anyone does is run. They stuff it, and usering hightower is like cheating. He picks shit off from really far away.

One game I kicked off to start, on the kids first play user picked a crossing route to his TE. Scored. On his very next possesion first play... same thing. He quit. Both times I was in panic oh shit I'm too far away mode but Hightower said "nah dawg, I'm always close enough".

Just bought tickets to the cardinals game, I am from East of Rochester and have only been to the stadium twice. However, I will be going and staying with 2 friends who live in West Seneca. Was wondering what the best option would be for getting to/from the stadium given that being drunk is a goal.

How much would a cab be roughly from Ralph to West Seneca, and are they hard to get after a game? Is it possible to leave a car at the stadium over night/at one of the people who sell space in their lawns?
