I need help with installing some apps!

So I have an iPhone and a moto 360 and for the longest time I've used my moto g phone to install apps and watch faces to my watch. Then I would just use Arlink (or however it's spelled) to connect the watch to my iPhone. But today I factory reset it and paired it to my iPhone, but now I have the dilemma of how do I put all the cool apps and watch face that are on my moto g back on my moto 360, that's is now paired to my iPhone? Do I need to do some form of side loading? Or am I just shit outta luck and I just need to reset the watch again and continue on having the watch paired to my moto g and use Arlink?
