Check out our list of tips and tricks for Android Wear.

The most popular Android Wear watches:

LG Watch Sport ($350) - a fully-featured and rugged watch featuring the latest software, LTE, NFC, a speaker, and a rotating crown. Ships with AW2. r/lgwatchsport/

LG Watch Style ($250) - an Android Wear 2 watch that covers the basics and features a slim, sleek design with a rotating crown. Ships with AW2. r/lgwatchstyle/

Huawei Watch 2 ($300) - a powerful AW2 watch with everything from 4G (int'l-only) to NFC, along with longer battery life and more interchangeable bands than the LG Watch Sport and a "dumb watch" mode that lasts for 25 days on a charge. Ships with AW2. r/hwatch/

ZTE Quartz ($192) - a rugged yet stylish AW2 3G-connected watch with longer battery life and a lower price than its competitors. Ships with AW2.

Asus Zenwatch 3 ($229) - a beautiful and thin watch that charges fast, less rugged and sporty than most others. Update to AW2 available now. r/zenwatch

Fossil Q ($255-$275) - Fossil's line of AW2-powered watches that look sleek and go well with the fanciest of attire. Update to AW2 available now. r/fossilaw

Misfit Vapor ($200) - A reasonably priced and slim stylish smartwatch with the cool touches from Misfit you'd expect, out now. Ships with AW2. r/misfitvapor

Ticwatch S and E (S $200 and E $160) - Impressive and impressively cheap, these watches are cute and do all the basics of Android Wear. S is for Sport, and it has a delightfully sporty look with extra-accurate GPS. E is for Express, and it has replaceable bands and a lighter body. Ships with AW2. r/ticwatch

Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 and 45 (41 $1200+ and 45 $1550+) - Tag Heuer's ultra-luxe AW2 watches are in a league of their own—beautiful inside and out, with gorgeous designs and nearly every feature you could want—and that makes a for a price in a league of its own as well. We recommend the Modular 41 (over the 45) for its updated specs, slimmer chassis, and slightly reduced price. Ships with AW2. r/tagheuer

Moto 360 2nd Gen ($250) - Motorola's last smartwatch looks equally great with a suit and tie or with running clothes and runs AW2 without a hiccup, making it a great alternative to the LG Watch Style. Update to AW2 available now (including Sport model). r/moto360

LG Watch Urbane 2nd Gen ($300) - A slim and sleek fully-featured smartwatch with LTE, NFC, and GPS that fits in with fancy attire. Update to AW2 available (except Verizon model). r/lgwatchurbane

Polar M600 ($250) - A powerful + bulky square sports superwatch with a polarizing design. Update to AW2 available now.

Casio WSD-F20 ($500) - A large and bulky watch for those that spend their days hiking or sailing, with a wide array of sensors with great apps to support them and a sunlight-visible transflective display. Ships with AW2. r/casiowsd

Need a watch?

I'm looking for a watch with just the basics that looks good: LG Watch Style, Asus Zenwatch 3, TicWatch E, or Moto 360 2nd Gen.

I'm looking for a good running watch with GPS: Huawei Watch 2 Sport, TicWatch S, Moto 360 Sport, LG Watch Sport, Polar M600.

I'm looking for good feminine watch: Fossil Q Venture, Moto 360 for women, Michael Kors Access Sofie.

I'm looking for a watch that's square: Asus Zenwatch 2, Polar M600.

I'm looking for the cheapest watch that's still fun and useful: ZTE Quartz, Asus Zenwatch 2, Moto 360 Sport, TicWatch E.

I'm looking for a watch that's powerful and fully-featured, and lets me leave my phone behind: LG Watch Sport, Huawei Watch 2 (int'l only for LTE), ZTE Quartz (no NFC for Android Pay).

I'm looking for a watch with great battery life: Huawei Watch 2, ZTE Quartz.

I'm looking for a seriously luxury watch with a price to match: Fossil Q Explorist, Movado Connect, Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41.
