Without service for my first week with Sprint
It's been a week since our account of four people switched to Sprint from Verizon. The account holder turned on the international plan a day after we switched, and I think it triggered a fraud investigation of some sort, which suspended our service. I'm not quite sure since they won't give me information as the rest of us are not account holders. Also the account holder is now in another country now without a phone of use. Sprint has not been helpful in regaining our service at all. Customer service will only speak with the account holder. Think about being unreachable by any of your business or personal contacts. Being without phone service has definitely taken a toll on work and personal life. Does anybody have any tips in figuring this situation out? The last I heard is that the Sprint guy that the account holder worked with to create the account messed up the account application. Some other lady was supposed to look into this situation, but she isn't responding to phone calls. It's a bit ridiculous that this situation even occurred. At this point, we would just like the use of our original phone numbers whether it is with Sprint or Verizon.
